The Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) is the Singapore Armed Forces' physical fitness test for all operationally ready national servicemen (NSmen).

IPPT consists of three stations: push-ups, sit-ups, and 2.4km run. Each station is scored based on age and gender, with a maximum total score of 100 points.

Incentive Scheme

NSmen can earn monetary incentives based on their IPPT results: $100 for Pass, $200 for Silver, and $500 for Gold. These incentives are tax-free.

Frequency

NSmen are required to attempt IPPT at least once a year during their annual fitness assessment cycle, which runs from January to December.
